  • YES! You can get a massage throughout your entire pregnancy. 1st trimester needs a Dr’s note. Some high risk pregnancies may not be able to receive massage. Please contact me for questions.

Hot Stone – Basalt lava rocks, warmed to the perfect temperature, both placed on you for heat and used to massage your muscles into butter.

  • Hot Stone isn’t for everyone, if you get hot easily you may want to rethink your choice.

Aromatherapy – Essential Oils have been proven  to have medicinal effects on the body. With absorption and inhalation you can achieve a more comprehensive effect. Use one of mine or (at no cost) bring your own in.

On Site – Either table or chair massage through the clients clothes.

In Home – It’s just that, in your home. This is a great addition to your sales parties  (Mary Kay, Tupperware, Thirtyone) and girls night!

Reflexology – Is believed that every part of your body (hip, ear, lungs) has a corresponding spot on both the hands and feet.
